Responsibilities:
1.Recordfinancialtransactionsacrossvariouschannels,encompassingaccountspayable,accountsreceivable,bankactivities,creditcards,andpayrollrecords;
2.Generatecomprehensiveconsolidatedfinancialreportsbymeticulouslycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizingdata;
3.Performperiodicreconciliationsforallaccountsasnecessarytoensureaccuracyandintegrity;
Collaborateinfulfillingreportingobligationswithexternalauditors,administrators,andaccountingfirms.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orotherrelatedfield;
2.1-3yearsrelevantexperienceinaccountingorbookkeeping,preferablywithinfinancialtechnologyindustry;
3.ProficiencyinQuickBooks,andMicrosoftExcelisrequired.
InvestmentOperationsManager

Salary:$35-40/hour
Responsibilities:
1.Responsiblefortheoperationalmanagementoffunds,includingaccounting,andfinancialprocessingofequity,credit,andventurecapitalfunds.
2.Communicatingwithfundadministrators,custodiansandauditors.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,majorsinaccounting、finance,orrelateddisciplines;
2.3-5yearsofexperienceinfundoperationsispreferred.
3.Understandingofregulations,policies,andregulatoryrequirementsinthefieldoffundinvestment.

Responsibilities:
1.Conductingresearchonglobalmarketsandtechnologysectors,fintech,AI,etc.；
2.Conductingresearchonventure,creditandequityinvestmentprojects；

Requirements:
1.Bachelor'sdegreeoraboveinfinanceorrelatedfields;CFApreferred;
