Bilingual | 江苏—日本经贸合作交流会在南京举办

7月4日，由江苏省商务厅、江苏省贸促会和日本国际贸易促进协会共同主办的“江苏—日本经贸合作交流会”在南京举行。

TheJiangsu-JapanEconomicandTradeCooperationExchangeConferencewasheldinNanjingCityontheafternoonofJuly4. 

ThemeetingwasjointlyorganizedbytheJiangsuProvincialDepartmentofCommerce,theChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeJiangsuSub-Council,andtheAssociationforthePromotionofInternationalTrade,Japan(JAPIT).  

日本与江苏地缘相近，经贸往来密切，是江苏重要的贸易伙伴和外资来源地。上个月，江苏省委书记信长星率江苏代表团到日本考察访问，访日期间，江苏—日本开放创新合作交流会在东京成功举行。当天，日本国际贸易促进协会第47届访华代表团（江苏省）到访江苏，充分体现了日本工商界对深化与江苏合作的重视和支持。

JapanandJiangsuaregeographicallycloseandhavefrequenteconomicandtradeexchanges.Japanisanimportanttradepartnerandsourceofforeigninvestmentforthecoastalprovince.Lessthanthreeweeksago,adelegationledbyXinChangxing,secretaryoftheCPCJiangsuProvincialCommittee,visitedJapanandattendedaconferenceonopeninnovationcooperationbetweenthetwosides.  

据了解，日本国际贸易促进协会是促进对华友好和强化经济关系的日中友好七团体之一。访华团于7月1日到访北京后专程访问江苏。江苏省商务厅党组成员、江苏省自由贸易试验区工作办公室副主任汤大军向远道而来的日本企业家朋友表示欢迎。他表示，江苏鼓励和支持包括日资企业在内的广大外资企业稳步发展、转型升级。欢迎更多的日本企业来江苏投资兴业，与江苏携手实现更高质量发展。

日本国际贸易促进协会第47届访华代表团（江苏省）团长桥本岳对江苏联合举办交流会表示感谢。他表示，江苏与日本彼此间的经济合作非常紧密，希望通过本次访问，更多了解江苏的最新情况，进一步推动江苏省与日本的经济合作。

Foreign-investedenterprisesplayasignificantroleinJiangsu'seconomicandsocialdevelopment.Inrecentyears,theprovincehasintroducedseveralmeasurestofurtheroptimizetheenvironmentforforeigninvestment,suchasrevisingpoliciestoencouragemultinationalcompaniestosetuptheirregionalheadquartersandfunctionalinstitutions,andsupportingthesteadydevelopmentandupgradeofforeign-investedenterprises.Drivenbythesemeasures,JiangsuhasmaintainedaleadingpositioninChinaintermsofactualuseofforeigninvestmentformanyyears.  

Attheconference,AkamatsuShuichi,ConsulGeneralofJapaninShanghai,statedthatJiangsuistheChineseprovincewiththedeepesttiestoJapan.HedeeplyfeelsthedesiretopromoteexchangeswithJapaneseenterprisesduringeachvisittotheprovince.Hehopesthatthestrongpeople-to-peopleandeconomicexchangeswillexpandfromJiangsutoreachthroughoutChina.
