这种情形应分两种情况处理：①企业存在多家分厂，鉴于2020年清理整顿和发证登记基础库已对企业名称做过重复性筛选，因此，建议注册时企业名称与基础库内企业名称保持一致。②企业名称确实已存在或被恶意抢注，可采取以下步骤：第一步：联系生产经营场所所在地的生态环境主管部门，核实注册信息；第二步：核实信息后，生态环境主管部门修改注册邮箱；第三步：排污单位通过修改后的邮箱找回用户名和密码；第四步：排污单位登录企业端，通过右上角“修改注册单位信息”修改密码。
