TheWorldResourcesInstitute(USA)BeijingRepresentativeOfficeislookingforahighlyself-motivatedstudenttobe researchintern forresearchprojectson sustainabletransportationpolicies inWRI’sSustainableCitiesProgram.
Asaresearchintern,youwillhelpprovideresearch,dataanalysis,modeling,andoutreachsupporttotheSustainableCitiesprograminChinaandGlobaloffices,focusingonsustainablemobility,low-carbonandenergyefficiencysolutions.Theinternwillsupportseveralinterdisciplinaryandmulti-groupresearchprojectsonelectricmobilityandsustainabletransportationpoliciesinChina,Vietnamandinternationally.Thetermwillbe atleastthreemonths,with aminimumof3daysperweek.
Responsibilities
1.Research(80%)
Conductliteraturereviewsofacademicpapers.
Conductpolicyreviewandresearchontransportdecarbonizationroadmaps,policies,andanalyticalmethodologies.
Conductdatacollection,datacleaningandprocessing.
Supportotherresearchactivitiesperrequest.
2.Translationandotheradministrativeaffairs(20%)
Assistintheprojectcommunication(pressreleasesandblogs)perrequest.
Provideadministrativesupportpertherequest.
Qualifications
EnrolledundergraduateorgraduatestudenttowardsadegreeinTransportation,CivilEngineering,Environment,orrelatedmajors.
Experienceswithurbanmobilityisamust.
Responsetorequestinatimelymanner.
FlexibilitytoworkinWRI’sBeijingofficeorremotely.
