中国石化3月26日晚间发布公告称，本次向特定对象发行A股股票的发行对象为中国石化集团，中国石化集团拟以现金方式一次性全额认购公司本次向特定对象发行的全部股份。本次发行的A股股票数量约为22.39亿股，发行数量不超过公司现行总股本的30%且不超过公司2021年年度股东大会召开日公司A股总股本的20%。发行价格为为人民币5.36元/股元/股。本次发行拟募集不超过人民币120亿元。
