管理层年轻化！35名高级合伙人接受巨额遣散费将退休！“四大”某记进行重大改革

据BENZINGAIndia报道，作为重大组织改革的一部分,德勤印度公司约35名高级合伙人将提前退休.
据Moneycontrol援引知情人士的消息报道，此举是德勤印度为其审计、咨询、财务咨询、风险咨询和税务等不同业务领域的部分高级领导团队提供的提前退休计划“goldenhandshake”的一部分。该计划旨在用更年轻的专业人士取代目前的领导层。
德勤印度分公司正在将“goldenhandshake”计划扩展至55岁及以上的合伙人。该公司的标准退休年龄为62岁，目前尚不清楚55岁以上合伙人的总数。
德勤向BENZINGAIndia透露，这些高级管理人员选择提前退休是为了"追求自己的激情和其他兴趣"，过去很多人都是这样做的。
德勤将为提前退休的合伙人提供优厚的退休补偿。
一位匿名消息人士称，公司将向高管提供约两年的年薪作为遣散费。据报道，到目前为止，已有35名合伙人接受了这一方案。德勤印度目前有450多名合伙人，每位合伙人的基本年薪从3千万元印度卢比（约合人民币2,596,229元）到1亿元印度卢比（约合人民币8,654,099元）不等。
另一位消息人士补充说，此举可能会让德勤招聘到更年轻的合伙人。
2023年4月，RomalShetty被任命为德勤南亚业务首席执行官，年近40岁，是该公司迄今为止在印度任命的最年轻的首席执行官之一。根据他的领英资料，加入德勤前他任毕马威印度公司咨询业务首席运营官。更早之前他曾任安永经理、安达信高级咨询师、普华永道印度咨询顾问。
在近日召开的达沃斯世界经济论坛期间，RomalShetty接受采访时表示，在未来的三到四年，德勤印度员工要占德勤全球员工总数的30%左右（目前为25%），为公司的全球增长计划做出重大贡献。

Deloittetoldthepublicationthattheseniorexecutiveshadchosenearlyretirement“topursuetheirpassionsandotherinterests”asmanyhaveinthepast.
RetirementPacakge:Thefirmwillalsoofferaroundtwoyears'annualcompensationasseverancepaytotheexecutives,ananonymoussourcesaid.Sofar,35partnershavereportedlyacceptedthepackage.DeloitteIndiacurrentlyhasover450partners,witheachpartnerdrawingabasesalaryrangingfrom₹3croreto₹10croreperannum.
ThismovewilllikelyallowDeloittetohireyoungerpartners,anothersourceadded.
